Important Guideline

All exhibiting companies shall receive their exhibits right in front of their booths on the 19^th afternoon. Soon after receiving the exhibits, start setting / making your booths with exhibits and posters etc. After taking out all the exhibits from the boxes, exhibitors should leave empties in front of their booths for the cargo handling company to take them away. The exhibitors will receive the same empties in front of their booths on April 24^th 2009 evening for repacking. Companies wishing to store or destroy their exhibits in Hannover may kindly ensure to finalize the matter /issue with cargo handling company during the course of Hannover Messe trade fair.

ARRIVAL AT HANNOVER AND BOOTH SET UP DATES

The Business Development Committee (BDC) of EDB has short listed M/s CEI Logistics Pvt Ltd, based on previous experience and rates quoted to handle exhibits shipment to Hannover, Germany. The list of exhibitors finalized by the BDC has already been provided to M/s CEI Logistics Pvt Ltd for follow up with exhibitors for their cargo packing and shipment. All exhibitors are advised to contact M/s CEI Logistics Pvt Ltd for their exhibits shipment. Last date for submission of exhibits, properly packed, to M/s CEI Logistics Pvt Ltd by February 25th 2009 positively. This has already been communicated to short listed exhibitors separately. Contact details of M/s CEI Logistics Pvt Ltd are given above. We again strongly advise you to schedule your arrival at Hannover on April 18th 2009^th to be able to set up your booth on time i. e April 19th 2009. The booth set up date has been fixed for April 19th 2009^th . Upon arrival at Hannover Messe Fair Ground, you are required to register yourself with EDB at the Pakistan Pavilion, Hall 4, Stand A 66.

DEAD LINE for Cargo and Documents

We request all exhibitors to kindly honor the Dead Line for cargo shipment and necessary documentation requirements so as to help EDB in meeting the deadline and ensure that your valuable exhibits will not experience any delays or discrepancies.

All Participants are requested to send Invoice cum packing list as soft copy to khurram.manzoor@cei.com.pk and imran.ejaz@cei.com.pk.

Special Instructions

All participants are requested to write their Name, Stall / Hall # and Name of Exhibition on their Boxes / Cartons.

(Subcontracting Hall 4 Stand A-66)

All participants are requested to inform the warehouse staff of expected date of arrival of Cargo to the warehouse, one day in advance.

Since all participants shall be sending the goods at different dates, it will not be feasible for us arrange a forklift or labor for individual cargo. Thus, all participants are requested to send labor with cargo to off load cargo in the warehouse. If any box is too heavy to be lifted by labor participant shall have to pay forklift charges at the spot.

Please give maximum detail on Invoice cum Packing list (available on the website), for instance: # of Boxes; Value, Weight and Size of the box, are the compulsory requirements. Please do not forget to mention that your box will be returned/stored or destroyed.
