Start processing your visa now as it takes at least 14 working days to process German visa. As the German Embassy has made it mandatory for the applicants to appear in person this year, you are requested to get appointments from the German Embassy through the travel agent / or yourself now.

The companies are advised to make travel arrangements through their private travel agents In case you need any help from EDB, Please contact Business Development Group.

Documents for German Business Visa & Processing Fee

All the pages should not exceed A4 format

Following are the required documents necessary for visa. Incomplete documents may result in delay of visa processing

Travel within three years
Six months valid passport
Two application forms, typed and signed by applicant
Three photographs with white background and matt finished
List of children form and relatives residing abroad
Undertaking (Part 1)
Undertaking (Part 2)

§ Health insurance (Must be Platinum plus and leaving on Pakistan date is minimum after 15 days gap and 1 photocopy of insurance would be required)

§Letter of invitation from Germany, stating duration and purpose of visit

§ Letter of introduction from applicant’s company or employer stating his position and duration of employment

§ Hotel reservation/private host accommodation and full address of hotel/host in case of attending a fair

Please note that embassy might ask for additional documents if found necessary
